Blow Down Valves

Blow down valves are mounted to the bottom of the header to purge the moisture out of the compressed air reservoir. This valve is tied directly into your pulse timer as a normal valve would, so your header will automatically purge the moisture without maintenance.

Bags and Cages

Replacement bags are right in our wheelhouse as a baghouse engineering and fabrication company. Filter Technology offers most bags and cages in the industry, including Top Removal with Snap Band, Bottom Removal with Venturis, box filters, and most fabrics that are commonly found in the industry.

Bags are available in a variety of finish options to work with any kind of application, even high temperature. Cages are available in mild, galvanized or stainless steel, as well as epoxy or other specialty coatings for chemical and corrosion resistance.

Blow Pipes and Tubesheets

Filter Technology can provide replacement blowpipes as needed for any size.

Blowpipes are custom cut with a laser or CNC, depending on the size and application.

Tubesheets are cut on the water jet table to ensure a tight seal is made when filters are installed.

We offer replacement pulse valves up to 2” in diameter. We also offer rebuild kits for the diaphragms to prevent the need to replace valves.

The temperature range of the threaded valves depends on the chosen model and diaphragm:
• Nitrile diaphragms: -40 °C (-40°F) to 82°C (179.6°F)
• Viton diaphragms -29°C (-20.2°F) to 232°C (449.6°F)
• Selected models with diaphragms for temperatures as low as -60°C (-76°F)

Airlock

Used for airtight unloading of collected material. Offered in sizes varying from 8 inches to 30 inches. Other sizes may be available depending on the application. We offer many different rotary blades including polyurethane, Stainless Steel, Abrasion Resistant Steel, rubber and more.
